Wildflower Dreamin Wild Ale

An ale brewed with NSW grown regenerative organic barley and wheat, hopped with organic NZ Motueka hops. Unfiltered and bottle conditioned, Dreamin’ showcases the younger side of our mixed house culture wholly collected from native flowers in NSW. It’s super clear, decently rustic with a full mouthfeel. Wonderfully lifted hoppy nose, floral, juicy citrus, pops of pear and a resiny punch. Soft white blossoms and a creamy grain edge -bright and uncomplicated but beautifully engaging. Clean simple lines across the palate, hop flavours and citrus – a lovely mid palate weight that leads to a firm cleansing bitterness.
