Clear and viscous with no faults, it offers a textural and creamy feel. With a hint of fresh citrus and a velvety, luxurious length in the palate, and vegetal aromas reminiscent of Cachaca and Rhum Agricole, fresh pine and lemon zest.

Our low–intervention, minimally filtered style lets the natural flavour of our ingredients shine through, creating a velvety smooth spirit with intriguing depth and complexity. We call it raw vodka. On its own, or mixed in cocktails, e.g. Bloody Mary.
