Momento Mori Staring at the Sun White Blend

A unique blend of Italian varietals –  Vermentino, Fiano and Moscato Giallo – from the Chalmers Vineyard in Heathcote (VIC). It is fermented on its skins to add depth of flavour and texture to the wine. What’s very prominent in this wine is its refreshing acidity, almost tartness, along with fine phenolics (tannins) which make it a great food wine.
